RCM – App Status Permissions

This Article will help you understand how the App Status Permissions tab in Recruiting Management works using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.

Follow the steps below to complete the configuration process:

Open the Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the ''App Status Permissions'' tab.
Select any requisition template and make the necessary permission changes.
The "Pending" option is not available in the Application Status Permissions sheet.

Navigate to the Requisition Templates worksheet, which serves as the parent template. Set the Processing Status to Pending for the same template where we updated the permissions in the Application Status Permissions worksheet.

Close the workbook.

Go back in code click on the hamburger menu (☰) and select Start Configuration.

Authenticate and Select Options
If your instance uses SSO, you will be logged in automatically.
If your instance requires an SFSF Password, enter it when prompted.
Add execution notes for your reference.
Under Advanced Options, ensure Requisition Templates is selected.
Click Confirm and Start.

The status is changed to processing. Click the “i” icon to track the progress of the execution.

Refresh the logs to view the updated information.

Once the status is changed to Complete, screenshots become visible of the changes that were made in the instance.

Reopen the Recruiting Management workbook and notice that the successfully updated information has been highlighted in green.

The Processing Status column will display as Processed in the Requisitions worksheet.

By following these steps, you can streamline the process of updating Application Status Permissions in Recruiting Management using Codebot.

Thank you!
