RBP - How to Assign Permissions to a Group?
First, in CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors, navigate to Role Based Permissions Module tile from the home page.
Enter into your workspace through the workspace window.
Open the workbook to the permissions groups tab, In column B, add the new group name and continue to add data till E. Set the status to pending.
Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select start configuration.
Enter the password for that particular instance, execution notes and check RBP Groups permissions from the advanced options then click Confirm and start.
As the iteration starts processing, click on the “i” icon to check the progress of the execution.
Screenshots become visible once the Execution is completed.
After the execution is done, status is changed to complete. Open the O365 workbook and see that the Workbook highlights the new changes in green.
Now go to successfactors instance. Under Manage Permissions Groups, you can see that the new group name has been added here successfully from the workbook.
