PMGM - PM Permissions
Permissions can also be easily added with no time using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors. here you can easily find out how!
Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors and enter your login details.
On the "Home screen" click on the "PMGM" module tile.
Select your "Workspace" from the next window.
Open the completed 0365 workbook.
Navigate to the PM Permissions tab and add a new permission, add all necessary information in columns.
In column BL select the role that you just added from the drop-down menu and set the status to pending.
Close the workbook. Back in CodeBot select the hamburger menu for the respective iteration and click start configuration.
Enter your SuccessFactors password, and execution notes, check the PM Permissions checkbox and hit confirm and start.
Click on the “i” icon to see the screenshots, execution logs, and progress of your execution.
When complete navigate to the workbook and notice that the changes are highlighted in green, which means that the permission is successfully added to the instance.
You can also verify that from instance by navigating to “Manage Templates>Performance Review”
