PMGM - How to Configure Rating Scale?
Rating Scales have always been remarkably helpful and easy for evaluation purposes.
This article will help you understand how can you add a new Rating Scale to the SAP SuccessFactors instance using CodeBot.
In this article, you will see how to add a New rating scale to PMGM Module.
log in to the CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.
You can enter into the PM/GM module either through the drop-down or from the home page as shown.
Navigate to the O365 workbook to the rating scale tab. In column B, add the new rating scale as illustrated below.
Option score is 1 2 3 4 5. In the option label say strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, strongly agree, and agree. Give the descriptions for the labels as highlighted below. And set the processing status to pending.
Back in CodeBot, select the Hamburger menu, and click on Start Configuration Option.
Enter the password, some Execution Notes and select ‘’rating scale’’ from the advance options, and hit Confirm and Start.
As the iteration starts processing, click on the “i” icon to check the progress of the execution. You can view the screenshots of the execution when it’s done.
After the execution is done, the Workbook highlights the new changes in green.
Back in the SAP SuccessFactors instance, you can see that the new rating scale has been added here. Open it and notice all the scores, labels, and the description that we updated in the workbook.
