LMS - Security Domain

A security domain represents the set of objects that users or groups can manage.

In this Article, learn how to add or update your security domain within no time using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.

Below is a simple and quick start guide for you.

Login to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors. Navigate to the Employee Central Module to get started.

From the home screen, select LMS Module and this will take you to your workspace window. Enter your workspace and open the 0365 workbook to the Security Domain tab as shown in the below screenshots.

In column C, update the description for the particular security domain ID, scroll to the right, change the processing status to pending, and close the workbook.

Back in CodeBot, click the hamburger menu, and select start configuration. Enter the password, and execution notes, select security domain from the check box, and click confirm and start.

As the iteration starts processing, click on the “i” icon to check the progress of the execution. Screenshots become visible once the Execution is completed as shown below.

Open the workbook, and see the changes highlighted in green.

Log in to SAP SuccessFactors to see the changes from the workbook to the instance. Under Learning Administration, find the security domain on the left and notice the changes you made in the workbook are pushed here successfully.
