LMS – Curricula

Adding a new Curricula ID is now an easier process using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.

  1.       Navigate to a generated LMS workbook and click on "Curricula" tab.

  • Column B: Set the Processing Status to Pending
  • Column C: Select Processing/Curricula ID from the drop down
  • Column D: Select Processing Section.
  • Column F: Enter a new Curricula ID
  • Column G & H: Add the Locale and Title.
  • Column I & J: Provide the Description and Creation Date
  • Column K: enter the Security Domain
  • Column L: Set the status to Yes/No according to the requirement
  • Column M: Enter the Curriculum Type
  • Columns N, P & Q: Fill these columns according to your requirement.

Note: To ensure the data updates seamlessly in the instance, make sure to set the status of both the newly added row and the already existing (above or any) row to "Pending". This allows the system to process the changes smoothly.

  • Fill out all the necessary columns as shown in the images below:

  • Close the workbook

  1.       Navigate back to CodeBot. Click on hamburger menu from actions menu and hit "Start Configuration".

  1.       Login using Single Sign-On (SSO) if it is enabled. If SSO is not available, enter your SuccessFactors password.

  • Next, provide the execution notes
  • Finally, check the "Curricula" box and click Confirm & Start to initiate the process

  1.       Monitor Progress of the Execution:
