Robotics - EC

This is a step by step guide for Robotics EC.

1. Click on the Robotic Testing module tile.

2. Then, click on your desired workspace.

3. Click on add new iteration.

4. Here, add the iteration number, type, workspace name, workspace iteration, description and click on submit form.

5. The iteration has been created.

6. Click on the hamburger menu, then, click on prepare sheet.

7. Enter the SAP SuccessFactors password, some execution notes, select Robotics Employee Central from the advance options and click on confirm and start.

8. The iteration is now processing. Click on the ‘i’ icon to monitor the progress of the execution.

9. Upon the completion of the execution, open the Robotic workbook and click on ‘Employees’ tab. The fields marked as TRUE in column G are mandatory.

10. Now add the required data in column K.

Add the default approvers.

11. Set the Employee 1 to pending and close the workbook.

12. Now back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and click on Start Automation.

13. Enter the SAP SuccessFactors password, some execution notes, select Employee Profile from the advance options and click on confirm and start.

14. Upon the completion of the execution review the screenshots by clicking on the ‘i’ icon to see where the changes have been made in the instance.

15. Now open the robotic sheet and notice that the successfully updated information is highlighted in green.

16. The workflow tab manages the approvers.
