EC - How to Manage HRIS Sync?

This article will help you add an element to the HRIS Sync tab in EC.

Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors and enter your login details.





On the "Home screen" click on the "Employee Central" module tile.



Select your "Workspace" from the next window.




Open the workbook and in the next window navigate to the HRIS sync tab.



Add an element and all the information in respective columns and set the status to pending.





Close the workbook and select the hamburger menu from the actions menu and click on start configuration.





Enter your SuccessFactors password, and some execution notes, check the HRIS sync, and hit confirm and start.




Click the “I” icon to see the status, execution logs, and screenshots of the execution.



Once complete notice that the newly added Element is highlighted in green and the status is now changed to processed.
