EC - How to Create a CC Role?
The following article will help explain how you can add a CC role to a workflow through SFCodeBot.
Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors, and enter your login details.
On the Home screen, click on the Employee Central module.
Select your workspace from the next screen.
Navigate to a generated workbook in my case iteration # 245. Click the sheet icon.
The workbook will appear in a new tab on your browser. Select the CC Role worksheet.
In Column B, specify the workflow you would like to create a cc role for. Suggest the type of cc role in Column J. Fill the remaining fields according to your requirement and set the processing status to pending. For this example, we are executing at least ten rows to meet the threshold limit set by SAP Success Factors.

Close the workbook and navigate back to SFCodeBot. Click the hamburger icon under the Actions tab for the same iteration number. Select the ‘Start Configuration’ option from the dropdown menu.
The Start Configuration popup will appear. Enter your credentials and some execution notes. Lastly, select the Workflows, Contributors, and CC Roles checkboxes, and hit Confirm and Start buttons.
Later on, you can click the information icon to monitor the progress of your iteration. Screenshots will be visible once changes are successfully pushed to the instance.
Once the status shows complete, go back in the workbook, and observe that these cc roles have been added successfully as the rows and their corresponding fields are now highlighted green. Meanwhile, the processing statuses have also turned to processed.
You can also confirm these changes by switching to Manage Organization, Pay, and Job Structures on SAP Success Factors and in the search bar, route to the workflow you have just created.
