EC - How to Add an MDF Object?
Adding an MDF objects is now an easier process using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.
Let's Add.
Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors enter your login details.
On the "Home screen" click on "Employee Central" module tile.
Select your "Workspace" from the next window.
Navigate to a generated workbook and click on "MDF Objects" tab.
Add a custom field of your choice by writing "cust_" at the beginning, fill out all the necessary columns and at last in column U set the status to pending.
6.Close the 0365 Workbook and navigate back to CodeBot. Select click on hamburger menu from actions menu and hit "Start Configuration". Enter your SuccessFactors passwords and execution notes, lastly, check the "MDF Objects" check box and hit confirm and start.
By clicking the "i" icon you can see the progress of your execution and screenshots will be visible once changes are successfully pushed to the instance.
Once complete, navigate to the 0365 workbook and notice that an MDF Object is added and highlighted in green.
Navigate to the Successfactors instance and search for "Manage Object Definition" and you can find your newly added custom object.
