What is a Goal Plan?
Goal Plan is one of the tabs available on Manage Templates screen. These templates are used to define the fields and sections your users will fill out for their Goal Plans.
But, Goal Plan can be also be referred as Objective Plan if the selected language on SAP SuccessFactors is English UK. It is worth mentioning here that the default language on SAP SuccessFactors is English US.
