# Time Type Group

This Article will help you configure **Time Type Group** using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.

1. Login to your CodeBot account. On the Dashboard click on **Employee Central** & then locate & click on the **Time Track** Module.

2. Enter into your workspace.

3. Open the workbook to the **Time Type Group** tab.

* **Column B:** Set the **Processing Status** to **Pending**.
* **Column C –:** Enter the **Processing /** **External Code**.
* **Column D:** Enter the **External Code**.
* **Column E:** Provide the **External Name**.
* Column G: Add the Time Category.
* Column H (Period Result): Select either Ye or No from the dropdown.

* **Columns N,O,P, & Q:** Select either Yes/No from the dropdown. According to the requirement.

* **Column U:** The **Entity UUID** will be autogenerated by the system, once the execution is successfully completed.

4. Close the workbook, back in CodeBot click the hamburger menu and click on **Start Configuration**.

5. On the **left-hand side**, enter your **SAP SuccessFactors** password or sign in using **SSO** (if it is configured for your instance). Next, enter the **Execution Notes**. On the **right-hand side**, under **Advanced Options**, select the **Time Type Group** checkbox and choose the desired execution mode (**Standard** or **Optimized (Beta)**). Finally, click **Confirm and Start** to begin the execution.

6. As the status changes to processing you can monitor the execution. Below is the article attached for iteration monitoring.

7. As the status changes to complete, re - open the Time Track workbook and notice that the data you added is now highlighted in green, which means that the changes are successfully pushed to the instance.

* The Entity UUID has also been generated by the system.

8. To verify the changes, open your SAP SuccessFactors instance and navigate to **Manage Data**. Select **Time Type Group** from the dropdowm. Next, select the External Code from the drop down that we just created. Notice that the new **Time Type Group** has been successfully created and updated in the instance using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.

**Note:** If anything doesn’t appear as expected, check CodeBot execution logs and send us the Tracking Request ID via the chat box in the lower right-hand corner.
