# Time Track - Rounding Based Work Schedule

The following article will help explain how you can add or update **Rounding Based Work Schedule** through SFCodeBot.

1. Navigate to **CodeBot** for SAP **SuccessFactors**, and enter your login details.

2. On the Home screen, click on the **Time Track** module.

3. Select your workspace from the next screen.

4. Navigate to the generated workbook by clicking the **Sheet** icon..

5. The workbook will appear in a new tab on your browser. Select the **Rounding Based Work Schedule** worksheet.

6. **Add New Rounding Rule Columns:**
* **Column B:** Set the Processing Status to Pending.
* **Column C:** Enter the Processing / External Code — the reference code tied to this record.
* **Column E:** Enter the External Code.
* **Column F:** Enter the External Name.
* **Column G:** Enter the Description (leave blank if not applicable).
* **Column H:** Enter the Rounding Base.

7. **Rounding Specification Details:**
* **Column J:** Enter the Rounding Specification / External Code — should match the External Code from earlier (e.g. rounding\_5).
* **Column K:** Enter the Rounding Reference Point (e.g. Start Time, End Time).
* **Column L:** Enter Minutes Before.
* **Column M:** Enter Minutes After.
* **Column N:** Enter the Rounding External Code (unique row identifier, e.g. 1, 2).

9. Close the workbook, back in CodeBot click the hamburger menu and click on **Start Configuration**.

9. On the **left-hand side**, enter your **SAP SuccessFactors** password or sign in using **SSO** (if it is configured for your instance). Next, enter the **Execution Notes**. On the **right-hand side**, under **Advanced Options**, select **Rounding Based Work Schedule** checkbox and choose the desired execution mode (**Standard** or **Optimized (Beta)**). Finally, click **Confirm and Start** to begin the execution.

10. As the status changes to processing you can monitor the execution. Below is the article attached for iteration monitoring.

11. Once the status shows complete, go back in the workbook, and observe that **Rounding Based Work Schedule** has been added successfully as the rows and their corresponding fields are now highlighted green. Meanwhile, the processing statuses have also turned to processed.

12. You can also confirm these changes by switching to **Manage Data** on SAP Success Factors and **Rounding Based Work Schedule.**
