# Time Track - Employee Time

he following article will help explain how you can add or update **Employee Time** through SFCodeBot.

1. Navigate to **CodeBot** for SAP **SuccessFactors**, and enter your login details.

2. On the Home screen, click on the **Time Track** module.

3. Select your workspace from the next screen.

4. Navigate to a generated workbook in this case iteration **#1**. Click the sheet icon.

5. The workbook will appear in a new tab on your browser. Select the **Employee Time** worksheet.

*Add New Recurrence Record Columns:*\*
* **Column B:** Set the Processing Status to Pending.
* **Column C:** Enter the Processing User — the user tied to this record.
* **Column D:** Enter the Processing Object ID — the reference ID for this record.
* **Column F:** Enter the Object ID / External Code.
* **Column G:** Enter the User.
* **Column H:** Set Undetermined End Date (Yes/No).
* **Column I:** Enter the Recurrence Group.

**Continued Columns:**
* **Column J:** Enter the Start Time.
* **Column K:** Enter the End Time.
* **Column L:** Deduction Quantity — read only.
* **Column M:** Entity UUID — read only.
* **Column N:** Enter the Time Type.
* **Column O:** Enter the Start Date.
* **Column P:** Enter the End Date.
* **Column Q:** Enter the Approval Status.
Fill out the remaining required columns (B, C, D, F, G, H, I, J, K, N, O, P, Q) as per your requirements. Columns L and M are read-only and populate automatically.

8. Close the workbook and return to **SFCodeBot**, then click the hamburger icon under the Actions tab for the same iteration number, and select **Start Configuration** from the drop-down menu.

9. The Start Configuration popup will appear. Enter your credentials and some execution notes. Lastly, select the **Employee Time** check-box, and hit Confirm and Start button.

9. Later on, you can click the information icon to monitor the progress of your iteration. Screenshots will be visible once changes are successfully pushed to the instance.

10. Once the status shows complete, go back in the workbook, and observe that **Employee Time** has been added successfully as the rows and their corresponding fields are now highlighted green. Meanwhile, the processing status have also turned to processed.

11. You can also verify these changes by navigating to *Manage Data → Employee Time* and reviewing the record we just created
