2. Open the Allowance Type Workbook

In your workspace, open the Workbook.
Navigate to the Allowance Type tab in the workbook where you will input the relevant data.

3. Enter the Necessary Information

Enter the code for the new allowance type in the appropriate field.
Make sure to fill out all mandatory columns. These columns correspond to the fields in your SAP SuccessFactors instance, and it is crucial to complete them correctly for accurate data processing.

In the last column, next to the processing code that you entered, set the processing status to "Pending". This will signal that the data is ready for processing.

Select Start Configuration from the menu.
You will be prompted to enter your SAP SuccessFactors password.
Add any execution notes that are necessary to document the process.
Once everything is ready, click Confirm and Start to begin the data processing.

7. Track the Execution Process

During the execution, you can track the bot's progress by clicking on the "i" icon. This will provide you with more detailed information, including a screenshot of what the bot is doing at each step.
