Step-by-Step Guide: How Time Off Config Sheet Works

This comprehensive guide will guide you on how the Configuration Sheet works in Time Off.

Time Off Config sheet is designed as a filter sheet which helps you pulling down the desired data only. This also saves you time.

Log into Codebot and on the dashboard, locate and click on the Time Off module tile.



Then, enter into your workspace.



Create a new iteration by clicking the "add a new iteration" button, fill out the iteration form and open the workbook.

The new iteration has been created. Open the blank workbook to the Time Off Config tab.



Notice that column B works for filtering out the data for Work Schedule worksheet white columns D,E,F,G and H filters out the data for Employee Time worksheet. Fill out the columns as shown below.



Close the workbook, click on the hamburger menu and click on Generate workbook.



If the SSO is implemented, Login using SSO, enter Execution Notes, check the Work Schedule and Employee Time checkboxes, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.



Notice that the status is now changed to "Processing", Click on the "i" icon to see the progress.



Once the status is “complete”, open the Time Off workbook.



And navigate to the Employee Time and Work Schedule tabs one by one and see that thereis the specific type of data only that has been filtered out by the bot.





Time Off config sheet is helpful for clients with large dataset on their instances. By following these steps, you can seamlessly filter out the required data records only. Saving time and effort with codebot.
