TIH – Tags
This guide outlines the step-by-step process for Tags updates using the pre-generated workbook in the Talent Intelligence Hub module, and automating the changes using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Login to CodeBot. On the Dashboard locate & click on the Talent Intelligence Hub module tile.

- Open the Talent Intelligence Hub workbook and navigate to the ''Tags'' tab.
Populate the required columns as follows:
- Column B: Enter a new Name
- Column C: Set the Status to Active/Inactive according to the requirement.
- Columns D: The Number of Associated Attributes will be autogenerated.
- Column E: Add the External Code.
- Column F: The Tag ID will be generated by the system.
- Column G: Provide a Description.
- Column H & I: The Created Date & Modified Date will also be auto generated.
- Columns J: Set the Processing Status to Pending.
Note: The data in Read Only columns will be auto generated by the system on the successful completion of the execution.

- Close the workbook
- Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.

- If the SSO is implemented, Login using SSO, enter Execution Notes, check the Tags checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.

- As the status changes to processing you can track the progress of the execution. To monitor the progress please refer to the article attached below:
- Reopen the TIH workbook and navigate to the Tags tab.
- Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green.
- The Processing status has changed from pending to processed.

- Log in to your SAP SuccessFactors instance:
- Navigate to: Admin Center → Manage Talent Intelligence Hub → Tags.
- Review the list to verify that your updates have been applied correctly.

Expected Outcome
- The Tags are successfully updated and activated in the Talent Intelligence Hub.
- Green highlights in the workbook confirm successful processing.
- The updated Tags appear in the SAP SuccessFactors instance.
Note: If anything doesn’t appear as expected, check CodeBot execution logs and send us the Tracking Request ID via the chat box in the lower right-hand corner.
