# Step Server encountered an issue while accessing access token

Below is the screenshot attached of one of the most seen error after the users set their instances in CodeBot.

# Steps to troubleshoot 


1. Go to the admin dashboard if you are a company admin.

2. Navigate to instances.

3. Edit the instance for which you saw the error, scroll down to the bottom and click on **Test ODATA Credentials** and **Test SFAPI Credentials.**

4. If the SFAPI credentials are incorrect/invalid you will receive the error shown below.

5. Update your SFAPI credentials, and redo the test, after successull test; click save. Go back to your workspace and re-execute the iteration.
