# SmartRecruiters Migration Assesment - Running the Report

You can now perform configuration and data health checks using the **SmartRecruiters Migration Assesment module** to help assess SmartRecruiters impacts in Codebot.

To generate the SmartRecruiters Migration Assesment below are the steps:
| Note: Before running the readiness report make sure that these three workbooks are generated:

1. Recruiting Management (required)
2. Integration Center (required)
3. Impact Analysis Integration Recruiting (not required but nice to have)

||| Make sure your CodeBot RBP Role includes access to oData export for Job Application & Candidate.
### Step 1: Login to CodeBot

Login to your CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors Account.

### Step 2: Navigate to the SmartRecruiters Migration Assessment

On the CodeBot dashboard, navigate to the readiness report module.

### Step 3: Add new Iteration

Click on add new iteration: As the form populates, select the Instance from the company instance drop-down, for which you want to generate the report. Enter the iteration number, your SFSF username, description and click on Submit form.

### Step 4: Generate Workbook

**Note:** Before running the readiness report make sure that these three workbooks are generated:

1. Recruiting Management (required)
2. Integration Center (required)
3. Impact Analysis Integration Recruiting (not required but nice to have)

Once the iteration is created, click on Generate workbook. As the form populates, enter the SFSF username and password, if the SSO is enabled, check the sign in with **SSO checkbox**. From the advance option check the **Complexity And Readiness RPT** checkbox and click on confirm and start.

### Step 5: Monitor Execution

As the status changes to processing you can track the progress of the execution. To monitor the progress please refer to the article attached below:

### Step 6: Complete

Once the execution status is set to complete, click on the sheet icon and at the next page you will be able to see the generated Report.

**Note:** If anything doesn’t appear as expected, check CodeBot execution logs and send us the **Tracking Request ID** via the chat box in the lower right-hand corner.
