# Sharepoint Integration in CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.

### Overview

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to configure and use the **SharePoint Integration** in CodeBot. The integration allows users to automatically sync scheduled **Office 365 workbooks** to a specified SharePoint location.

### Configure SharePoint Integration

On the Codebot Dashboard, under your profile, navigate to the **Company Settings**.

In **Company Settings**, click on the **SharePoint Configuration** tab. This tab allows you to save and manage your SharePoint integration settings.

### Enter SharePoint Configuration Details

The SharePoint configuration form includes the following fields:

* **Tenant ID**
* **Client ID**
* **Client Secret**
* **SharePoint Folder Path**
* **SharePoint Site Name**

#### Microsoft Azure Credentials

The credentials required for the following fields can be obtained from **Microsoft Azure**:

* Tenant ID
* Client ID
* Client Secret

#### SharePoint Folder Path

Enter the name of the SharePoint folder where you want your scheduled **Office 365 workbooks** to be synced.

#### SharePoint Site Name

Enter the name of the SharePoint site where you want your scheduled **Office 365 workbooks** to be synced.

> **Note:** The **SharePoint Folder Path** and **SharePoint Site Name** fields are optional.

If no **SharePoint Site Name** is provided, CodeBot will target the **default SharePoint site**. The scheduled workbooks will be synced to this site, and CodeBot will automatically create a folder using the name of the selected workspace.

|| Note: SharePoint Sync is supported only for scheduled Office 365 workbooks.

### How the Integration Works

After the scheduled workbook is generated in the selected workspace, CodeBot will automatically sync the workbook to the configured SharePoint location.

If a SharePoint site is not specified, CodeBot will use the default SharePoint site and create a folder using the name of the selected workspace.

The SharePoint Integration allows users to automatically synchronize their scheduled Office 365 workbooks with SharePoint, reducing the need for manual file transfers and ensuring that generated workbooks are readily available in the configured SharePoint location.

Thank you!
