# Robotics - Time Off

* Create/have a recent Time Off workbook available
* Go to Robotics, add new iteration and use the Time Off workbook
* Once the Iteration has created, select the Hamburger Menu, select Prepare Sheet then select Prepare Sheet then confirm and start - [KBA for Prepare Workbook](https://help.sfcodebot.com/en/article/robotics-prepare-workbook-pe8xq0/)

* Open the Robotics workbook
* Enter the Employee Name & Username
* Enter Create Absence in Column D
* Enter the required absence type and specify the start and end dates.

* Close the workbook, then request reprocess on the Iteration 
* Select the Hamburger menu and choose Start Automation, select Absence, enter an Execution Note then Confirm and Start
