# Robotics - EC HRBP Approval

HRBP Approval group user needs to be added when entering data in **"Default Approvers"** tab, to ensure that the approval process is smooth.

To check the HRBP group members, you need to navigate to **"Manage Workflow Groups"**

On this screen click on the membership and this will show all the users in this group.

Pick any one user from the HRBP Approval Group and paste the user name in Column D in Default Approvers tab.

**Note:** The username must be in **[abc] ** format.
