# Web Release


### Schedule (Generate & Compare)

We’ve added another powerful feature to **Schedule** called **“Generate & Compare.”** 

To use this feature: 

1. Select **Generate & Compare** from the **Action** dropdown. 
2. Select a workspace from the **Workspace** dropdown. 
3. In the **Compare** **With** **Last Iteration** **Of** **Workspace** dropdown, you can select the **same workspace** or a **different workspace**. 

**Same Workspace:** 

If you select the same workspace, the system will automatically pick the **two most recent iterations** of that workspace and run the comparison once the generation is complete. 

**Different Workspace:** 

If you select a different workspace, the system will compare the **newly generated scheduled iteration** with the **most recent iteration of the selected workspace**.

### **ECP Module Scheduling Support**

We have introduced **scheduling support for ECP modules**, including:

* **EC Payroll**
* **EC Payroll Security**
* **EC Payroll PTP**

You can now use the **Schedule for Later** option for actions such as **Generate Workbook**, **Start Configuration**, and **Start Validation**.

**Note:** These scheduling options must be enabled by an **Administrator** for your company. Please contact your Administrator if you need access to these options.

### **Scheduling ECP Modules from Manage Job Schedule**

You can also schedule ECP module jobs directly from the **Manage Job Schedule** page.

To schedule an ECP module:

* Select the **ECP** radio button.
* If your company has **ECP Modules Allowed** enabled, the available ECP modules will appear in the **Module** dropdown.
* Select the required ECP module and configure the schedule as needed.

### **Enhanced Login Security**

* Enhanced security on the **Login** page.

* If **MFA is disabled** for your account, the system will now require you to provide an **OTP (One-Time Password)** during login for additional verification.

* After successfully logging in, you can choose to **disable OTP verification for the current browser** if you prefer not to be prompted for an OTP on every login from that browser.

### **SharePoint Folder Path**

* A new field called **SharePoint Folder Path** has been added to the **SharePoint Form**.

* You can now specify your **own custom folder path** where you want your files to be stored in SharePoint.

### **Dark Mode (Beta)**

* CodeBot now supports **Dark Mode**, which is currently available in **Beta**.

* A toggle button is available in the **top header**, allowing you to easily switch between **Light Mode** and **Dark Mode** based on your preference.

### **Bulk Export & Delete Iterations (Beta)**

CodeBot now supports **Bulk Export & Delete** feature to the **Workspace Iteration** page, where you can manage and execute your workspace iterations.

This feature is currently available in **Beta** and allows you to:

* Select multiple iterations from the current page using the checkboxes.
* **Export** workbooks for the selected iterations in bulk.
* **Delete** multiple iterations in bulk.

**Delete Restrictions:**

* If an iteration is currently **processing** or **stuck**, the **Delete** option will not be available for that iteration.

**Bulk Export:**

* After selecting the required iterations and clicking **Export**, the workbooks will be generated and **emailed to your registered email address** shortly.

**Bulk Delete:**

* When you select multiple iterations and click **Delete**, the selected iterations will be deleted in bulk.

### **Manage Documents – Optimizations & Enhancements**

Several **optimizations and enhancements features** have been introduced to the **Manage Documents** page to improve document management and usability.

#### **1. Supported File Types**

To ensure better security and compatibility, only the following file types can now be uploaded:

* .txt
* .pdf
* .doc, .docx
* .xls, .xlsx
* .jpg, .jpeg, .png
* .xdp
* .csv

#### **2. File Size Limit**

The maximum allowed file size is now **10 MB**. Files larger than 10 MB cannot be uploaded.

#### **3. Module, Workspace & Iteration Filters**

Filters have been added for **Module**, **Workspace**, and **Iteration** on the Manage Documents page. These details are also displayed directly in the documents table, making it easier to identify **which Module, Workspace, and Iteration each document belongs to**.

### **Execution Color Settings**

A new feature, **Execution Color Settings,** has been introduced. This feature allows you to **customize the colors used for execution results**.

To configure the colors:

1. Go to the **Company Settings** page from your **Profile** dropdown.
2. Locate the **Execution Color Settings** section.
3. You can customize the colors for:

* **Matched Color**
* **Does Not Match Color**

This allows you to personalize how matched and unmatched execution results are visually displayed.

### New Modules:

# Compliance

A new module, Compliance, has been introduced to CodeBot. It allows you to visualize the RBP roles changes right under the codebot. You can track, which role has been modified in what month, who made the change and what were the changes. Just need to configure instance once and it will automatically sync the changes on daily basis. 

# Impact Analysis LMS

CodeBot now supports **Impact Analysis** **LMS** module. It allows the users to identify where a field is used across the system, including different pages, configurations, workflows, and other related components. It helps determine the potential impact of modifying, removing, or changing that field.

# Impact Analysis SmartRecruiters
 
A new module, Impact Analysis SmartRecruiters, has been introduced to CodeBot. This module help users to indentify where a field is used across the system, including different pages, configurations, workflows, and other related components. It helps determine the potential impact of modifying, removing, or changing that field. 

# Migration Integration Center 

Migration Integration Center is now supported by CodeBot. This module migrates existing integrations from one instance to another.

### Enhancements: 

# SmartRecruiters

Four new worksheets have been added to the SmartRecruiters workbook:

* Job Approval: 
* Job Approval Settings 
* Automated Communication 
* Job Ad Footer 

A new column, **Field Order**, has been introduced to the Job Field and Application Field worksheets.

A new section has been introduced to the **Hiring Process Workflow** worksheet.

The name of the **Screening Question** worksheet has been updated to **Question Set**.

# Onboarding 

 Two new columns have been added to the Manage Custom Tasks worksheet:

* Radio Direction
* Toggle 

# Succession 

A new column, **Exclude Deleted Forms When Retrieving Ratings**, has been added to the Matrix Grid worksheet.

A new column, **Include Generic Objects and Foundation Objects in filters in the Position Tile view**, has been added to the Succession Settings worksheet.

# Recruiting Management

Two new columns have been added in the Config sheet of the Recruiting Management workbook:

* Fetch from Settings Filter Type.
* Form Settings Template.

# Role Based Permissions (RBP)

A new column, **Composite Key for Grants to Compare**, has been introduced to the RBP Config sheet.

# Robotics Onboarding

A new column, **Is IAS Enabled for ONB**, has been added to the **Config sheet** in the Robotics ONB workbook. The value in this column must be specified by the user. If IAS Enabled for Onboarding is enabled in the user's instance, enter YES; otherwise, enter NO.

# Impact Analysis Integration EC

A new worksheet, **Value Mapping**, has been added to the Impact Analysis Integration EC workbook. It displays the value mapping details.

# LMS

A new section has been added into the **Items** worksheet. The Categories section is used to organize and classify learning objects into logical groups, making them easier to manage, search, filter, and navigate within the Learning system.

# PM/GM

Four new columns have been introduced to the Configuration worksheet within the PM/GM workbook:

* Template Goal Filter Type
* Template Goal Name

# Manage Homepage

Two new worksheets have been introduced to the Manage Hompage workbook:

* Favourites

Three new columns have been added to the **Quick Action** worksheet:

* Target

* Open Link in New Window/Tab

# Impact Analysis Compensation

New sections have been added to the **Settings** worksheet after the **Bonus Settings** section.

# Employee Central

A new worksheet, **Compare Summary**, has been introduced to the EC workbook. In the Compare Summary, we summarize the comparison process by showing the changed values in the Targeted and Source sheets, along with the total number of objects and missing objects in each sheet.

# People Profile and Employee Profile

A new column, **Order**, has been added to the **Spotlight** worksheet of the Employee Profile and People Profile workbooks. This column has been added for re arranging the position of the objects.

# Career Development Plan

Two new columns have been introduced to the Development Plan worksheet:

* **Completed Goals Category** – Defines the category used for completed goals in the development plan.
* **Do Not Generate Cards on Home Page -** Specifies the goals/cards that should be excluded from display on the Home Page.
