# Compensation

###### Design Worksheet:

5 new columns have been added to the form field section in the Design Worksheet tab, of the Compensation Module.

1. **Import Key:** Populate this column using a unique key from the user import file and ensure the same key is used in the file for accurate mapping.

2. **Description:** Displays the user’s full name on the left side of the form; this field is mandatory and cannot be disabled.

3. **Formula:** Allows you to define custom formulas by adding fields directly to this column for dynamic calculations.

4. **Use a Field:** Facilitates formula creation by enabling the selection and insertion of relevant fields.

5. **Custom Validation Use a Field:** Simplifies adding fields to your "Custom Validation Formula" for precise data validation.

A new column **Standard Validation Salary Rule Warning Message When Salary is Out of Range** has been added to the Standard Validation Salary Rule section. It Displays a warning message if an employee's salary exceeds or falls below the predefined range.

**Budget Fields** **Columns:** Budget Fields columns have been moved from the Basic Section to a new Budget Fields Section for better organization and clarity.

A new column **"Plan Instruction - Bonus"** has been introduced in the basic section to handle the **Bonus Label** in the Plan Instruction option of the template.

**Form Fields for Bonus:** Bonus-specific form fields can now be managed directly in the **Form Section** of the sheet.

**Custom Views for Bonus Templates** are now supported and can be configured in the Custom Views Section of the sheet.

Two columns, **Navigation FieldSalary** and **Navigation FieldStock**, have been removed from the Basic Section.

A new **Navigation Field** **Section**, has been introduced to enhance functionality. This section now fetches the **Plan Name**, its corresponding **Label**, and **Value** for improved navigation.

###### Settings:

A new column, **Default Panel to Open for Worksheet**, has been added to the **Display Settings** section in the **Settings** worksheet of the Compensation Module. This column features a dropdown menu with the options: ***None, Budget, and Instructions***, allowing users to set the default panel that opens when accessing the worksheet for improved navigation.

# Recruiting Management

A new column **Enable Automatic Hiring for recruiting** has been added to the Manage Recruiting Settings worksheet.

# RBP Reports

The RBP Report worksheet has been split into two sheets to efficiently handle bulk data. This change ensures improved performance and easier management of large datasets, enabling users to process Role-Based Permissions reports more seamlessly and without data overload.

# Translations

**Translations Recruiting:** Header names in the worksheet have been updated, replacing "label.en_us" with "en_us".

**Translations PM/GM:** The header "label.en_us" has been replaced with "en_us" across the workbook.

**Translations Compensation:** Changes in header names have been implemented, replacing "label.en_us" with "en_us".

# Deprecated Sheets:

The sheets in the following modules have been deprecated:

Design worksheet and Settings worksheet has been updated.

### Recruiting Management

Manage Recruiting Settings worksheet has been updated.

### Translations

Translations Compensation, Translations PM/GM, and Translations Recruiting workbooks have been updated.

### RBP Reports

RBP Reports worksheet has been split into two distinct worksheets.
