# Recruiting Management

A new column **"Manage Access by Role Value"** has been introduced in the Team Settings screen of the RCM module. This column is used to check and uncheck "Manage Access by Role" from the SuccessFactors instance.

# Compensation

A new column **"Allow Access to Growth Portfolio"** has been added to the Form Settings screen of the Compensation module. This column controls access to an employee’s "Growth Portfolio" in compensation forms.

# Variable Pay

A new column **"Allow Access to Growth Portfolio"** has been added to the Form Settings screen of the Variable Pay module. This column controls access to an employee’s "Growth Portfolio" in Variable Pay forms.

# Time Sheet

A new column **Attestation Text on Time Sheet Submission** has been added to the Time Recording Profile screen of the Time Sheet module. This column allows users to define a statement that confirms the accuracy, completion or approval of a specific task, project or time reported by an employee.
