# Introducing the New CodeBot Workbook Design.

We’ve revamped CodeBot workbooks based on user feedback, collaborative design sessions, and iterative testing. Our goal? **Enhanced usability, reduced manual errors, and streamlined automation.**

**Key Enhancements:**

**1.**       **Processing Status Moves to Column B**  

Processing Status is now easily accessible without excessive scrolling, allowing users to **target configurations efficiently** and reduce errors.

**2.** **Freeze Panes for Pending Objects**

Stay oriented in large workbooks—pending objects and processing statuses remain visible at all times.

**3.**       **Content Type Highlighting**

CodeBot workbooks now feature color-coded highlighting to enhance navigation and provide clear visual indicators for different content types. A Color Key defines each type, ensuring clarity. This update simplifies workbook logic and boosts user confidence in handling complex functionalities.

**4.**       **Highlighting Colour Key**

This **Colour Key** serves as a visual guide to help users navigate and understand the different sections within CodeBot workbooks. Each colour represents a specific function, ensuring clarity and organization.
