**Variable Pay**


We are excited to announce that we have added seven worksheets to access and analyse Variable Pay Compensation data with our system - these worksheets are Business Goals, Design Worksheet, Form Settings, Guidelines Formula, Settings, Route Map and Manage Plan Details.

Grant Proxy options has been introduced to the ONB Settings worksheet.

### BUG Fixes:

We have identified bugs in the following modules:

​**EC Payroll**

* **Absence Reverse Issue**

The Counting Rule field did not populate as expected on Absence worksheet. The issue has now been fixed.

**LMS**

* **Items Automation Issue**

Revision Date and Time field did not automate as expected on Items worksheet. The issue has now been fixed.

### Deprecated Sheets:

The sheets in the following modules have been deprecated:
 
**Recruiting Management**

Employee Referral, Candidate Integration Template, Custom Help Text, Job Posting Header and Footer, Privacy Options, and Recruiting Languages worksheets have been added.
