# RCM - Team Settings

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to update Team Settings in Recruiting Management module using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.

**Prerequisites**

* Access to the Recruiting Management Workbook

* Valid credentials for your SSO-enabled CodeBot instance

* Permissions to update Team Settings in SAP SuccessFactors

1. Open the Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the Team Settings tab.
  
Populate the columns as follows:  
  
* Column E: enter a Requisition Template
* Column F: set the “Allow Managers Above Hiring” to either True or False according to the requirement.
* Column G (Manage Access by Role): select a Role from the drop down.
* Column H & I: choose True/False from the dropdown

* Column C: enter the Processing Requisition Template
* Column B: set the Processing Status to pending

Close the workbook.

2. Launch CodeBot and Configure Execution

* Open CodeBot.
* Click on the hamburger menu (☰) and select Start Configuration.

3. Authenticate and Select Options

* If your instance uses SSO, you will be logged in automatically.
* If your instance requires an SFSF Password, enter it when prompted.
* Add execution notes for your reference.
* Under Advanced Options, ensure Team Settings is selected.
* Click Confirm and Start.

4. Execution Process

CodeBot will now process the changes:

* The execution status will update in real-time.
* Click the “i” icon to track the progress of the execution.
* Wait for the execution to complete.

5. Completion

* Once the process completes, review the logs to ensure there were no errors.
* Open screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.

6. Verify Changes in Workbook

* Reopen the Recruiting Management Workbook.
* You will notice green highlights indicating that the changes have been successfully updated.

* The Processing Status will display as “Processed”.

6. Final Verification in SuccessFactors

* Log in to your SAP SuccessFactors instance.
* Navigate to Manage Recruiting Team Settings.
* Select the Requisition Template from the drop down.
* and notice that the changes have been successfully updated in the SAP SuccessFactors instance.
