# RCM - Site Settings



1. This step-by-step guide demonstrates how to update Site Settings in the Recruiting Management module using CodeBot.

* Open the **Recruiting Management** workbook and navigate to the **RCM Site Settings** tab. You'll observe that all fields are initially set to **FALSE**, indicating they are disabled in the instance.

•	Setting a field to **TRUE** enables it in the instance.
•	**FALSE** means the field remains disabled.

* Ensure that the **Processing Status** is set to **Pending** before proceeding further.
* Let’s enable all the fields in the Instance by setting them to **TRUE**. 

Close the workbook.

2. Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.

3. If the SSO is implemented, log in using SSO. Enter Execution Notes, check the **RCM Site Settings** checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.

4. **Monitor Progress of the execution**

5. After the execution completes successfully, open the workbook again. You should see green highlights indicating that the changes have been successfully updated in the instance.

6. To verify, open your SuccessFactors instance and navigate to **Manage Recruiting Sites**. Notice that the previously disabled Site Settings are now successfully enabled in the instance using CodeBot.
