RCM – Route Maps
This guide will help you to create and update Route Maps in Recruiting Management module using Codebot.
To begin updating Route Maps, log into your CodeBot dashboard. Locate and click on the Recruiting Management module tile.
Then, enter into your workspace.
Open your Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the Route Maps tab.
To efficiently update the Route Map data, ensure the following columns are filled out accurately:
Column B: Enter a new Route Map Name.
Column C: Provide a clear Route Map Description.
Columns D, E & F: Use the dropdown to set each field to either True or False as applicable.
Across the divider,
Column H: Select the relevant Route Map Name from the dropdown. Drag it down across 3–4 rows, depending on the number of stage types required.
Column I: Choose the appropriate Stage Type from the dropdown.
Column J: Enter the Step Name.
Column K: Provide a Step Description.
Column L: Select the Step Type from the dropdown.
Column N: Input the Start Date.
Column P: Enter the Exit Date.
Column R: Add the Due Date.
Columns S & T: Set the Enforce Start Date and Automatic Send Due Date to either True or False based on requirements.
Column U: Enter the Step Introduction MouseOver Text, offering helpful guidance for users when they hover over the step.
Column AS: Select the Processing / Route Map from the dropdown.
Column AT: Set the Processing Status to pending.
Close the Workbook.
Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.
If SSO is implemented, log in using SSO. Enter Execution Notes, check the Route Map checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.
Execution is processing. Click the “i” icon to track the progress.
Refresh the logs to view updated information.
Once Complete, review the screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.
Reopen the Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the Route Map tab. Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green.
The processing status will display as processed.
Open your SAP SuccessFactors instance and navigate to Manage Route Maps. Search and confirm that the new Route Map has been successfully created and updated in the instance via CodeBot.
