RCM – Requisition Templates
This comprehensive guide will walk you through creating new Requisition Templates in Recruiting Management, tracking execution progress, and verifying changes in SAP SuccessFactors with CodeBot.
To begin updating Requisition Templates, Log into Codebot and on the dashboard, locate and click on the Recruiting Management module tile.

Then, enter into your workspace.

Open the Recruiting Management Workbook and navigate to the Requisitions tab. This is where you'll initiate the process of adding or updating Requisition Template.
Populate the required columns as follows:
Column E: Enter a new Template Name
Column G: Add Field IDs.
Columns H & I: Provide Field Label and Field Description.
Column J & K: Enter Field Type & Picklist.

From column S to column AH populate the columns as shown in the image below.

From column AJ to column BD populate the columns as shown in the image below.

Column BF: select the Buttons / Template from the dropdown
Columns BG: Add the Buttons / Roles
Columns BH, BI, BJ: select either Yes or No from the drop down.

From column BQ, Status Set / Template to column CB App Status for (Q) populate the columns as shown in the image below.

Column CD: select Req Template from the drop down.
Column CE: add the Application Template
Column CF: enter Template Desc.
Columns CG, CH, CI, CJ, CK, CL, CM: populate the data as shown in the image.

Finally, select the Process Template from the dropdown in column C and set the processing status to pending in column B.

Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.

If the SSO is implemented, Login using SSO, enter Execution Notes, check the Requisition Templates checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.

Execution is processing. Click the “i” icon to track the progress.

Refresh the logs to view updated information.

Once Complete, review the screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.

9, Reopen the Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the Requisitions tab.
Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green.







The Processing Status column will display as Processed.

Open your SAP SuccessFactors instance and Navigate to Manage Templates. Click on Recruiting Management and then click on Job Requisitions. Here, notice that the new Requisition Template has been successfully created in the instance.

Confirm that the new Requisition Template has been successfully created and updated in the instance via CodeBot.
