# RCM - Recruiting Settings

# Step-by-Step Guide

### Access the Recruiting Module

* Log in to your CodeBot dashboard
* Click on the **Recruiting Module** tile, enter into your workspace.
* Navigate to the **Recruiting Settings** tab within the workbook.

### Prepare the Data for Update

* Fill in the data in necessary columns
* Once done, set the processing status to "**Pending"** for the object item you are updating. 
* Close the workbook.  

### Start the execution

* Back in CodeBot, click the **hamburger menu (☰)** and select **Start Configuration.**
* As the form populates, enter your password and put some execution note; select the **Recruiting settings** check box under **advance options.**
* Click on **Confirm and Start.**

**Note:** If your instance is SSO, click on the **Login with SSO** check box.

### Monitor your Execution

* Click the **"i"** icon**** under the actions menu.

* Screenshots and logs will appear as the bot processes the updates in your SAP SuccessFactors instance.

### Verify the Results

* Once the execution is complete, reopen the workbook.
* You will notice:
                               Changes you made are **Highlighted in Green.**
****                               The processing status is changed to **Processed**

* Lastly, login to your SuccessFactors instance, go to **Manage Recruiting Settings** and verify that the changes you are made are successfully pushed into the instance using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.
