RCM – Recruiting Languages
This Article will help you update Recruiting Languages in Recruiting Management using Codebot for SAP SuccessFactors.
Following are the steps that will guide you to the entire process.
Open the SAP SuccessFactors Instance and navigate to the ''Manage Recruiting Languages'' tab.
Notice that the highlighted languages are disabled and the default language is English US.
Lets make some changes using codebot.

Open the Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the ''Recruiting Languages'' tab.
The languages are currently set to False, indicating they are disabled in the instance. To enable them, simply update their values to True.

Column D: Enable a language by selecting "True" from the dropdown menu.
Column E: Set a language as the default by choosing "True" from the dropdown (e.g., Bahasa Indonesian).
Column B: set the Processing Status to pending.
Close the workbook.

Go back in code click on the hamburger menu (☰) and select Start Configuration.

Authenticate and Select Options
If your instance uses SSO, you will be logged in automatically.
If your instance requires an SFSF Password, enter it when prompted.
Add execution notes for your reference.
Under Advanced Options, ensure Recruiting Languages is selected.
Click Confirm and Start.

The Execution is Processing. Click on the “i” icon to track the progress of the execution.

Wait for the execution to complete.

Once the execution is complete, review the screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.

Reopen the Recruiting Management workbook and notice that the successfully updated information has been highlighted in green. The Processing Status will display as Processed.

Reopen the SAP SuccessFactors Instance
Notice that the languages are successfully enabled and the default language has also been changed from English US to Bahasa Indonesian.
