RCM - Job Posting Header Footer
This guide will help you to create and update Job Posting Header Footer in Recruiting Management module using Codebot.
- To begin updating Job Posting Header and Footer, log into Codebot and on the dashboard, locate and click on the Recruiting Management module tile.
- Then, enter into your workspace.
- Open your Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the Job Posting Header Footer tab.
Populate the required columns as follows:
Column B: Enter the Job Posting Name.
Columns C, D & E: Set the Division, Department and Location to All.
Across the Divider,
Column K: Enter the Job Posting Name again.
Columns L & M: Add the Internal & External Headers.
Columns N & O: Input the Internal & External Footer.
Finally,
Column Q: Enter the Process Job Posting Name.
Column R: Set the Processing Status to pending.
Close the workbook.
- Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.
- If the SSO is implemented, log in using SSO. Enter Execution Notes, check the Job Posting Header Footer checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.
- Execution is processing. Click the “i” icon to track the progress.
- Refresh the logs to view updated information.
- Once Complete, review the screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.
- Reopen the Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the Job Posting Header Footer Tab. Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green.
- The processing status will display as processed.
- Open your SAP SuccessFactors instance and navigate to the Manage Job Posting Header and Footer. Search and confirm that the new Job Posting Header & Footer has been successfully created and updated in the instance using CodeBot.
