RCM - Email Triggers

This guide will help you to create and update Email Triggers in the Recruiting Management module using Codebot.


  1. Open your Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the Email Triggers tab.


Populate the required columns as follows:


Column B: Set the Processing Status to Pending.

Column C: Enter a new Trigger Name.

Column D: Enter the Category.

Column E (Is Enabled?): Select either True or False from the dropdown.

Column G: Enter Email Template.


Close the workbook.



  1. Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.



  1. If the SSO is enabled, log in using SSO. Enter Execution Notes, check the Email Triggers checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.



  1. Monitor Progress of the Execution:

  1. Reopen the Recruiting Management workbook. Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green and the Processing Status column will display as Passed.



  1. Open your SAP SuccessFactors instance and navigate to Recruiting Email Triggers. Search for the Trigger Name you just created.
  • Notice that the data has been successfully updated in the instance via CodeBot.
