PM/GM - Templates Goal
The following article will help explain on how you can update Templates Goal in PM/GM through CodeBot.
First, navigate to the SAP SuccessFactors instance and go to Manage Templates. Select any Object Plan Name and take note of the Instructions to your users, as well as the Start Date and End Date. Now, let’s use CodeBot to efficiently modify and update this data.
Log into your CodeBot dashboard. Locate and click on the PM/GM module tile.
Then, enter into your workspace.
Open your PM/GM workbook and navigate to the Templates Goal tab.
Here, lets change the data in column C ( Instructions to your users ), Column D ( Start Date ) and Column E ( End Date ).
Set the Processing Status to pending in column AO and close the workbook.
Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.
If the SSO is implemented, log in using SSO. Enter Execution Notes, check the Templates Goal checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.
The execution is processing. Click the “i” icon to track the progress.
Refresh the logs to view updated information.
Once Complete, review the screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.
Reopen the PM/GM workbook. Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green.
The Processing Status will change from pending to processed.
To verify, open your SuccessFactors instance again and notice that the data has been successfully updated in the instance using CodeBot.
