Picklist - How to Setup an MDF Picklist?
This article will help you in adding ID to MDF picklist.
Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors and enter your login details.
From home screen select he “Picklist Management” module tile.
From the next window select your workspace.
Open the workbook by clicking the 0365 icon.
Navigate to the MDF_Puicklist_Base tab.
Add a new ID, fill out all the necessary information in all columns and set the processing status to Pending.
Close the workbook, back in CodeBot select the hamburger menu from actions menu and click start configuration. Enter your SuccessFactors password, execution notes, check the MDF picklist checkbox and click confirm and start.
Click on the “i” icon to see the processing status, execution logs and screenshots of the execution.
Once complete, open the workbook and notice that the new Id is now highlighted in green and processing status is changed to processed, which means that it is successfully added to the instance.
Navigate to the SuccessFactors instance and verify.
