ONB - Responsible Groups
This guide will help you to create and update Responsible Groups in Onboarding 2.0 module using Codebot.
Log into your CodeBot dashboard. Locate and click on the Onboarding 2.0 module tile.

Then, enter into your workspace.

Open your Onboarding 2.0 workbook and navigate to the Responsible Groups tab.
Populate the required columns as follows:
Column B: Enter a unique Responsible Group ID.
Column C: Add a Group Name.
Column D: Assign the Roles.**Columns E:** Add the Users.
Column F: Choose the Dynamic Group from the dropdown.
Column G: Set the Processing Status to Pending.

Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.

If SSO is implemented, log in using SSO. Enter Execution Notes, check the Responsible Groups checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.

Execution is processing. Click the “i” icon to track the progress.

Refresh the logs to view updated information.

Once Complete, review the screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.

Reopen the Onboarding 2.0 workbook. Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green and the Processing status will display as Passed.

Open your SAP SuccessFactors instance and navigate to Onboarding General Settings. Search for the Responsible Group ID you just created.

Notice that the new Responsible Group has been successfully created and updated in the instance via Codebot.
