2. Review Current Configuration in SAP SuccessFactors
Log in to your SAP SuccessFactors instance and navigate to the following screens one by one:

Review and take note of the existing data. This data will be updated using CodeBot.
3. Open the Workbook

4. Update the Data
- Set the Processing Status to Pending for the rows you wish to update.
- Enter the updated values accordingly.
- Once the changes are complete, close the workbook.
These updates will be processed by CodeBot to reflect the new configuration in your instance efficiently and accurately.
- Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.
- Login using Single Sign-On (SSO) if it is enabled. If SSO is not available, enter your SuccessFactors password.
- Next, provide the execution notes
- Finally, check the "Onboarding Settings" box and click Confirm & Start to initiate the process
- Monitor Progress of the execution:
- Reopen the Onboarding 2.0 workbook to verify the updates. The Processing Status will now display as Passed, indicating that the Onboarding Settings have been successfully updated. Additionally, all successfully updated fields will be highlighted in green, providing a clear visual confirmation of the changes made.
- To verify the changes in SAP SuccessFactors, log back into your instance and navigate to:
