# ONB - HRIS Elements


The following article will help explain how you can update an HRIS element through SF CodeBot.

1. Open the **Onboarding 2.0** workbook. The workbook will appear in a new tab on your browser. Select the HRIS Elements worksheet.

* Before proceeding further, make sure that the Processing Status is set to Pending in column B. 
* Enter Field ID in column C
* Select Object ID from the drop down in column D
* Select the configuration type in Column E and enter Object Title in Column F. Fill the remaining fields according to your requirement.
* Close the workbook

2. Navigate back to SFCodeBot. Click the hamburger icon under the Actions menu. Select the **‘Start Configuration’** option from the dropdown menu.

3. The Start Configuration popup will appear. If the SSO is implemented, log in using SS and enter some execution notes. Lastly, select the **HRIS Elements** checkbox, and hit the "Confirm and Start" button.

4. **Monitor Progress of the execution:**

5. Once the status shows complete, go back to the workbook, and observe that the HRIS elements have been updated successfully as the rows and their corresponding fields are now highlighted green. The processing status has also turned to "Passed".

6. You can also confirm these changes by switching to **Manage Business Configuration** on SAP Success Factors and selecting the HRIS element you have just updated.
