ONB - Email Triggers
This guide will help you to create and update Email Triggers in Onboarding 2.0 module using Codebot.
Log into your CodeBot dashboard. Locate and click on the Onboarding 2.0 module tile.

Then, enter into your workspace.

Open your Onboarding 2.0 workbook and navigate to the Email Triggers tab.
Populate the required columns as follows:
Column B: Enter a new Trigger Name.
Column C (Enabled) & D (Reminder Enabled): Select either Yes or No from the dropdown. Column E: Provide a Description**Column** F: Enter the Category.
Column G: Set the Processing Status to Pending.
Close the workbook.

Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.

If the SSO is implemented, log in using SSO. Enter Execution Notes, check the Email Triggers checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.

Execution is processing. Click the “i” icon to track the progress.

Refresh the logs to view updated information.

Once Complete, review the screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.

Reopen the Onboarding 2.0 workbook. Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green and the Processing Status column will display as Passed.

Open your SAP SuccessFactors instance and navigate to Email Services. Click on Configure Triggers and search for the Trigger Name you just created.

Notice that the data has been successfully updated in the instance via CodeBot.
