ONB - Email Templates

This article will help you adding an Onboarding Email Template using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.

1. Login to your CodeBot account and navigate to the onboarding 2.0 module tile.

2. This will take you to the workspace window, open your workspace.

3. Open the workbook and navigate to the email templates tab. Here, in Column F type in the new template name and fill out the mandatory data in the columns. Once done, select the newly added template name from the dropdown in column C, and set the processing status to pending in column B.
   

4. Close the workbook, back in codebot click on the hamburger menu, and click on start configuration.

5. As the form populates enter the SFSF password or If SSO is enabled, check the "login with SSO" checkbox, enter execution notes and check the Email templates checkbox from the advanced options and click on confirm and start.

6. Once the status changes to "Processing", click on the "i" icon to track the execution of the process. You will also see the screenshots in the logs once the changes are processed in the instance.

7. Once the status is set to complete, open the workbook and notice that the changes are now highlighted to green; which means that the changes are successfully pushed to the instance.
