ONB - Central Orientation Meetings



This guide will help you to create and update Central Orientation Meetings in Onboarding 2.0 module using Codebot.


  1. Open the Onboarding 2.0 workbook and navigate to the Central Orientation Meetings tab.


Populate the columns as follows:


Column B: set the Processing Status to Pending.
Column C: Enter a new Meeting ID
Column E: set the Agenda for the meeting
Column F: add the Start Date and Time
Column G: add the End Date and Time
Column H: Enter the Country/Region
Column I & J: Add the Address Line 1 & Address Line 2
Column K, L, M & N: enter the Building/Floor/Room, City, State and Zip Code respectively


Close the workbook.


  1. Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.



  1. If the SSO is implemented, log in using SSO. Enter Execution Notes, check the Central Orientation Meetings checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.



  1. Monitor Progress of the execution:

  1. Reopen the Onboarding 2.0 workbook. Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green and the Processing Status column will display as Passed.


  1. To verify, open your SuccessFactors instance and navigate to Maintain Onboarding Central Orientation Meetings.


  • Look for the new Meeting ID you created. It should now appear in the list.


  1. Confirm that the new Meeting has been successfully created and updated in the instance using CodeBot.
