# Monitor Actions in Codebot for SAP SuccessFactors

This article will help you monitor actions in Codebot for SAP SuccessFactors.

1. **Monitor Execution Process**

* Notice the status change to Processing.
* Click the “i” icon to track the progress of the execution.

* Refresh the logs to view the updated information in the tracking request ID logs.
* You can also track the progress of the execution from the side bar on the left hand side.
* You can now leave the screen if you want and wait for the execution to complete.

2. **Completion**

* Once the process completes, review the logs to ensure there were no errors.
* Open screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.
* Screenshots are often available for completed configuration tasks and errors.
