# Migration/Transporting to Parallel Instances

This guide will help you to extract configuration from one instance and then easily migrate it to multiple other instances easily. 



1.      Ensure you are logged into CodeBot

2.      **Navigate** to the relevant Workspace

3.      **Locate the correct Iteration** of workbook (open and ensure the configuration changes are in place)
·         If they are not, please generate a new workbook iteration

4.      Once you have the correct workbook, **select** the hamburger icon and then **select** Start Configuration

5.      **Select** Confirm on the reminder window

6.      **Select** login with SSO & **enter** your execution notes

7.      **Select** the objects that you wish to update. 
8.      **Select** the up-arrow icon and **select** Execute on Parallel Instance(s)
*Please note that you will not see the arrow for Parallel Instance configuration until you have selected at least one object.*

9.      Once the instances appear, **select** the instance you’d like to update as well

10. **Update** the relevant information (login with SSO,username, description, execution notes)
11. **Select** Confirm & Execute

12. The parallel instance will start processing

13. **Select** Confirm & Execute on the main configuration as well
