# LMS - Automatic Processes

This article guides you through the step-by-step process of updating **Automatic Processes** in **SAP SuccessFactors** using **CodeBot**.

1. Launch the **LMS** workbook and go to the **Automatic Processes** worksheet. Review and take note of the existing data. This data will be updated using CodeBot.

2. **Update the Data**

* Set the **Processing Status** to **Pending** for the rows you wish to update.
* Enter the updated values accordingly.
* Once the changes are complete, close the workbook.

These updates will be processed by CodeBot to reflect the new configuration in your instance efficiently and accurately.

3. Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.

4. Login using Single Sign-On (SSO) if it is enabled. If SSO is not available, enter your SuccessFactors password.
 
* Next, provide the execution notes
* Finally, check the "**Automatic Processes**" box and click on Confirm & Start to initiate the process

5. Monitor Progress of the execution:

6. Reopen the **LMS** workbook to verify the updates. The **Processing Status** will now display as **Processed**, indicating that the data has been successfully updated. Additionally, all the successfully updated fields will be **highlighted in green**, providing a clear visual confirmation of the changes made.

7. To verify the changes in **SAP SuccessFactors**, log back into your instance and navigate to:

*  **Admin Center > Learning Administration, **search for Automatic Processes and open the field that you updated the data for. Here, notice that the the new values have been accurately applied.

This ensures the updates made through CodeBot are now efficiently reflected within the SAP SuccessFactors instance.
