# JPB – Job Interview Question

This guide outlines the step-by-step process for Job Interview Question updates using a pre-generated workbook in the **Job Profile Builder module**, and automating the changes using **CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors**.

1. Login to CodeBot. On the Dashboard click on Platform & then locate & click on the Job Profile Builder module.

2. Enter into your workspace & open the JPB workbook to the Job Interview Question tab.

* Column B: Set the Processing Status to pending.
* Column C: Enter a new Question.
* Column D: Enter a Type.
* Column E: Set the status to either Active or Inactive according to the requirement.
* Column F: The **GUID** is a unique identifier assigned to each Interview Question record in SuccessFactors. This is **read-only** and used for backend referencing. The GUID will be autogenerated once the execution is successfully completed.

* Close the workbook.

3. Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.

4. If the SSO is implemented, Login using SSO, enter Execution Notes, check the **Interview Question** checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.


5. As the status changes to processing you can track the progress of the execution. To monitor the progress please refer to the article attached below:

6. Reopen the JPB workbook and navigate to the **Interview Question** tab.

* The Processing status has changed from pending to processed.
* Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green.
* The GUID is generated by the system.

7. Log in to your SAP SuccessFactors instance:

* **Navigate to:** Admin Center → Manage Job Profile Content.
* Select **Interview Question** from the dropdown.
* Review the list to verify that your updates have been applied correctly.


## **Expected Outcome**

* The new **Interview Question** is successfully created and activated in the **Job Profile Builder**.
* Green highlights in the workbook confirm successful processing.
* The updated **Interview Question** appear in the SAP SuccessFactors instance.
