# Import/Export Data LMS (Export)

This Knowledge base article will help you executing Import/Export data LMS.

1. Login to your CodeBot account and click on the **Import/Export Data LMS** module tile.

2. This will take you to the workspace window. Here click on **add new iteration**, as the form populates fill out the mandatory fields and click on **submit form.**

3. Open the newly created iteration, in column B select the **"Generic Object"** for example: **Export-> admin role**, in column C set select true from the drop down, in column D select false from the dropdown. In column H, select time zone. Set the status to pending in column O.

4. Close the workbook, back in CodeBot click on the **Hamburger** menu and click on **Process Workbook. **As the form populates, enter the sfsf password, execution notes, check the Import data LMS check box and click on confirm and start.

5. Once the iteration status changes to "Processing" you can check the logs by clicking the "i" icon under actions menu.

6. once the execution is set to complete open the workbook and you will notice that column B is highlighted in green, and two other tabs are created below with the data.
