Impact Analysis Time
CodeBot now supports Impact Analysis Time. This module uses Impact Analysis in Time Track and Time Off. It provides a clear, visual breakdown of dependencies, helping you quickly identify where a specific object is referenced or used before making any configuration changes.
How to use?
This guide will walk you through the process of generating Impact Analysis Time workbook.
- After you login to your CodeBot dashboard. Click on the under the module access panel and navigate to the Impact Analysis Time module.

- Then, enter into your workspace.

- Create a new iteration by clicking on Add New Iteration.

- Enter the iteration number, workspace name, and description, then click Submit.

- Notice that the new iteration has been created successfully. Now, open the attached workbook.

- You will notice that the workbook does not contain any data in Time off and Time Track tabs.

- Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and then click on Generate Workbook.

- Check the Select all checkbox under the advanced options, Select both the Time Off and Time Track iterations from the dropdown and click on confirm and start to begin the process.

- As the status changes to processing you can track the progress of the execution. To monitor the progress please refer to the article attached below:
- Once the execution is complete, open the Impact Analysis Time workbook. Here, navigate through the Time off and Time track tabs. Notice that the data has been pulled down successfully.


Note: If anything doesn’t appear as expected, check CodeBot execution logs and send us the Tracking Request ID via the chat box in the lower right-hand corner.
