Impact Analysis RBP


Impact Analysis RBP has been a helping hand to many, it helps you see the Role Differences you made in different times, matched roles and matched groups. Below are the instruction on How to use Impact/Analysis RBP.


How to use?


After you login to your CodeBot dashboard, navigate to the Impact Analysis RBP module tile.


Once you are onto the next window (Workspace window) Click on add new iteration and fill out the fields. For example: Iteration number, Select your workspace from the dropdown, enter the description and hit the submit button.


Once the iteration is created, click on the Hamburger menu and select Generate Analysis. As the form appears, select the source iteration (workbook generated from Instance 1), you can select upto 3 different iterations (workbook from the same instance or different instances) as your destination to generate the analysis for Role Differences. At last click on "Confirm and Start".



Note: You can't run all these three at once.


Once the status changes to processing, you can monitor the progress. To monitor the progress of your execution please refer to the article attached below.

Once the status is set to complete, open the workbook and navigate to the role difference screen. You will see red and green highlights. the data matched is highlighted in green and the differences are highlighted in red.


Matched Roles & Matched Groups


For matched roles and groups you need to repeat the same process, but when generating you just need to select the source iteration from the dropdown and start the execution.


Once the process is complete you will see the numbers in columns representing the matched groups and roles.
